1. Services Provided

Aimee offers a variety of home organizing services, including but not limited to:
• In-home organization for any room in the house
• Virtual organizing guidance
• Support during moves, downsizing, renovations, and other life transitions
• Complimentary consultations to discuss goals, needs, and project scope

Service descriptions are based on our best understanding and may be updated at any time.

2. Booking & Consultations

To schedule a consultation or service, you must complete the contact form or reach out directly via email or phone. You agree that all information you provide is accurate.

We reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside our scope of work or require services we do not provide.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• In-person sessions: 24-hour notice is required.
• Virtual sessions: 12-hour notice is preferred.

Cancellations made without appropriate notice may incur a fee or require prepayment for future appointments.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a productive session:

• The space must be safe and accessible.
• Clients must be present unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Decisions about what to keep, discard, or donate are ultimately the client’s responsibility.

We offer guidance, support, and recommendations, but the final choice belongs to you.

5. Confidentiality

We treat your home, belongings, and personal information with complete respect and confidentiality.
We will never share photos, project details, or personal information without your explicit written permission.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of each session unless otherwise arranged.
Accepted forms of payment may include credit card, cash, or digital payment.

7. Safety & Liability

By participating in organizing sessions, you acknowledge:

• Some activities may involve lifting, moving, or rearranging items.
• You are responsible for ensuring your physical readiness to participate.

We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or after services unless caused by our negligence.

8. Third-Party Products & Recommendations

We may suggest organizing products or refer you to other service providers. These are suggestions only, and we are not liable for the performance of third-party products or services.

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:
• Copy, distribute, or misuse any content
• Attempt to harm or disrupt the site
• Use the site for unauthorized commercial purposes
